Le’Charize does not offer any refunds but items except jewellery and healthcare products can be exchange as long as the products are intact.

You can return your ordered items within 28 days of receipt. We are not responsible for wrong shipment address.

Shipment from Le’Charize which are declined for any reason are non-refundable.

Customers will be responsible for the initial shipping cost and additional return of package cost. This will be deducted from any credit card used.

If you experience an issue where a package is delivered by the carrier but did not receive it, kindly contact us within 5 days. We will endeavour to support you in addressing your claims with the carrier which may take up to 30 days.

Le’Charize does not accept responsibility for any issue with the courier.
